Water Tank Repair Service

After cleaning the building’s water tank, the company will inspect the water tank for any defects. Mostly, the surface condition of the water tank will deteriorate from various factors that will cause the following problems:

The water tank has been in use for a long time.
Lack of maintenance for a long time.
Scale has formed inside the tank.
High levels of sediment have accumulated.
The structure is damaged from deterioration.
The original waterproofing has expired. inside the water tank.

Cement water tanks, when used for a long time, may leak water. This is especially dangerous for water tanks that are high up because if they are allowed to leak for a long time, the leak will expand, which is caused by rust expanding and causing the cement to explode.

Work process

1. Drain all the water (connect directly from the water supply to the rental room first, it may flow a little slowly, but it is better than not using it, or there should be a spare tank at the bottom)
2. Clean the tank and remove all the deteriorated inner cement walls (takes 1 day)
3. Apply concrete binder to help with adhesion 1 time, let it dry enough and plaster it over.

4. Mix the finished plaster with water and waterproofing.

5. Apply the plaster all over the repaired area and leave it to dry completely for at least 5 days (if it does not dry completely, the leak will occur again soon).
6. Discharge water into the tank.
